Seminar: Wills, Estates and Powers of Attorney

Date: Monday Mar 26, 2018, 7:00 pm

*Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning*

You can never be too young to have a will once you are an adult. It is one of the most important documents you can sign but few have one. Ensure your assets are distributed and managed according to your wishes. Without a will your assets will be distributed according to law which may not be in accordance with your wishes.

This seminar will cover wills, power of attorney and estate planning.

Presenter: Andrea Olsson is a Senior Associate at MST Lawyers. Andrea is an accredited specialist in the area of Wills & Estates and her practice includes all areas of Wills and Estates. She has particular expertise in wills, powers of attorney, estate planning, grants of probate and estate administration and challenges to wills. Andrea is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, Victorian Women Lawyers and the Law Institute of Victoria.

This Seminar forms part of the Rotary Club of Monash Young Professionals Seminar Series. This particular seminar though is relevant to all ages. The Seminars provide an affordable avenue for young professionals to network and increase their knowledge and gain a step ahead with ample opportunity to discuss and explore the topics with the guest presenters and other attendees. There are a limited number of spots available for each session to help maximise the attendees opportunity to ask questions and speak one to one with the presenters.

*The Series is open to the community - you do not have to be a Rotarian to attend. All ages are welcome*

Light refreshments and beverages will be provided.

On Monday 26 March 2018 at 7:00pm - 8:00pm
